  2. The ink needs three to five minutes to fully saturate the tip.
  3. As per normal, trace your lash line with the eyeliner tip.
  4. Before applying the lashes, give the product 15 to 30 seconds to get sticky.
  5. In order to prevent lifting, reapply eyeliner to the inner and outer corner for maximum hold.
  6. To prevent the tip from drying out, replace the cap after use and store it vertically with the cap side down.
